Payment
We only accept payments via the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (Dankort only with combined VISA/Dankort). All prices are in Danish Krone including VAT (unless otherwise specified), except for personal training and online personal training, which are exempt from VAT.
If a product is paid for in installments, this will be clearly indicated before you confirm the payment. With installment payments, the price stated on the product page will be automatically charged on the specified day. A receipt for payment will be sent via email.
If you wish to change the card from which the installments are deducted, you can do so by clicking the link in the invoice.
When you sign up for a subscription at pilates.fo, your card information is stored. If you wish to delete the card information, you can remove the card by canceling the subscription.
Delivery
Products will only be provided digitally via email unless otherwise specified with the purchase. Delivery occurs by granting access to an online membership site with user credentials (log-in) and password. If you forget your password, a new one will be automatically generated by the management system and sent to the email address where the original password was sent during the purchase.
Complaint Deadline
Delivery usually occurs within a few minutes, and if you have not received an email with log-in information for the product within an hour, please contact [email protected]. Some products may have content released over time, as specified during the purchase. For legal reasons, the delivery will occur in installments, as clearly stated during the purchase.
Special Condition
The customer must provide the correct email address to receive the link for access to the product.
Subscription Agreements
For subscriptions, a confirmation will be sent via email immediately after the subscription agreement is made. The monthly subscription fee is for the previous month and will be automatically deducted.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or by logging into your account and stopping the subscription yourself. Upon cancellation, you lose access to the content associated with the subscription.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you purchase from Pilates Vælvera. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after you receive an email with the link to the product(s). The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the product is used, meaning if the log-in is activated and/or files, images, PDFs, audio, or other content have been downloaded.
You must notify Pilates Vælvera within 14 days of receiving the product that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification should be sent to [email protected]. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw simply by not using the link or failing to log in without simultaneously notifying Pilates Vælvera.
Return
You do not need to return the product to me. I will deactivate your course or subscription.

Limitation of Liability
Pilates Vælvera is not responsible for lost products or damages arising from the use of the product or if you have not received the product, provided this is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure
